Wandering Wellness Cancellation Policy

At Wandering Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, we ask that clients be mindful of our time and other appointments by adhering to the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice
    We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on a waiting list. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee.

  2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.

No-Show: If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without notice, a fee of 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

  1. Rescheduling Appointments
    If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. If rescheduled within 24 hours of the original appointment, the same cancellation policy will apply.

  2. Extenuating Circumstances
    We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances can occur. If there is an extenuating circumstance, we ask that you notify us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, the cancellation fee may be waived or reduced at the owner’s discretion.

  3. Late Arrival
    If you arrive late to your appointment location or aren’t there when your therapist arrives, we will make every effort to complete the service within the remaining time. However, if your late arrival results in a shortened treatment, the full treatment fee will still apply.

  4. Payment of Cancellation Fees
    Cancellation fees must be paid in full before booking future appointments. If the fee is not paid, any future appointments will not be confirmed until the outstanding balance is cleared.
