Wandering Wellness Cancellation Policy

At Wandering Wellness By Mel, every appointment is intentionally reserved to create a calm, personalised, and unrushed experience for each client. As a mobile wellness business, late cancellations and last-minute changes can greatly impact scheduling, travel, and availability for other clients.

To ensure fairness and respect for both my time and yours, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours or more notice fee will be waved.

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48–72 hours of the booking time will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24–48 hours of the booking time will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking cost.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will also be charged at 100% of the total booking cost.
