Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
Just a quiet, comfortable space to set up, a lounge or bedroom is perfect. I bring everything else needed to create your high-end experience.
Do you travel to me?
Yes, Wandering Wellness is a completely mobile service, allowing you to enjoy your treatment in the comfort of your own space.

How do I choose the right treatment?
You don’t need to, your treatment is intuitively personalised on the day to suit your skin, your body, and how you’re feeling.
Are your treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. I work gently and intentionally, selecting holistic products and applying techniques that support and strengthen even the most delicate skin.
Can I combine treatments?
Yes absolutely, treatments can be beautifully layered to create a more immersive, restorative experience.
Bookings & Policies
How do I book?
Bookings can be made online via the book now button with my booking system software, emailing, or by reaching out directly.
Do you require a deposit?
A small deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations, to honor the time set aside for you.
Aftercare & Results
Will I have downtime after my treatment?
Most of our treatments have little to no downtime, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, nourished, and glowing.
For Lash Lift treatment we recommended keeping your fresh lashes dry for the following 24-48 hours, using our provided shields and recommended aftercare lash serum to condition your lashes post treatment and brush them daily.
With our holistic Facials we recommend increasing your water intake post treatment to flush toxins from the body and increase lipid hydration levels within the skin. Avoid applying makeup or any skincare within the following 24-48 hours.
How often should I book?
For best results and ongoing care, I recommend every 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin and lifestyle.
Your At-Home Spa
What do you bring with you?
Everything — including a professional treatment bed, fresh linens, and carefully selected products, along with calming touches to create a spa-like environment.
How long will my appointment take?
Your treatment time is fully honoured, with a little extra allowed for set-up and pack-down.
